There was no hot water at 6:00 am to take a shower. The ataff was not there at time of check-in and during the night.

The view was beautiful of lake. You could walk from the room to lakefront in seconds. Very peaceful setting. Many new updates to room and grounds.

The motel was easy to locate, just off the main highway approximately a 10 minute drive outside of Baddeck. The staff were friendly and there was ample parking available. The lake behind the motel was beautiful and there was a basic continental breakfast included with the room rental.

Wonderful friendly people from reception to leaving. We had a room without a lake view but had trees and it was lovely. Walking around the property was breathtaking. Room and other buildings spotless. Breakfast in the gorgeous dinning room was excellent. The written guide in the folder in the room was the best l have ever seen. Congratulations for the amazing place you have created, We will tell everyone what a great place to stay we will be back Thank-you.

The room was spacious. The view was nice and the breakfast was good. Considering it is located on a highway the room was quiet.

comfortable, quiet. we didn't check in until late. staff was very abliging and pleasent when we arrived. breakfast was great! so glad it was available, I was starved.nice view of everything. looks very enjoyable for families to stay. the Trailsman has everything a family would need if they stayed here.
